Dragon’s Crown allows up to four players to team up to defeat the monsters in dungeons, discover precious treasures and destroy the nastiest of bosses.
The Fighter is an expert in battle and wears full plate-armor along with a heavy shield. Of all the characters he has the strongest defense and his shield can guard all allies in the same vicinity. He has little reach with his one-handed weapon, but can strike quickly. This is the easiest Dragon’s Crown character for beginners to learn with and keystone for tanking for any party.
The fearless Amazon effortlessly wields two-handed weapons. The weight of the Amazon’s equipment deals slow, but massive damage. Being lightly armored though they are quick and agile when moving around enemies. When unarmed the Amazon relies on punishing kicks to defeat her foes. Their defense is weak so this is a Dragon’s Crown character for those who value offense over all else.
The Wizard relies on his vast wealth of a magic to keep enemies at bay. Their spells can lay waste to large areas and enemies, but casting them takes a lot of time and drains the wizard of his magic power. With a good tank at his side though, the wizard will be the most powerful character in the party, dealing the most damage with a single strike.
The Sorceress may not be as powerful as the wizard on the offense, but she has the ability to craft life-saving positions as well as control golems and skeletons. The sorceress can even turn powerful foes into harmless frogs. The sorceress is the ultimately Dragon’s Crown support class, providing aid to her companions in multiple ways.
The stocky Dwarf is a fighter that can wield duel weapons. He can also pick up and throw enemies, even heavier ones. Throwing one enemy can leave a swath of destruction behind as the enemy barrels into other foes. However, the dwarf is small and slow, easily outmaneuvered by most enemies and their low defense makes them easy pickings if they get surrounded. This is a great Dragon’s Crown character for those who like throwing their weight around a little.
The long-lived Elf is a master of the bow and arrow which they use to keep enemies at a distance. Their speed and agility allow them to respond quickly to any situation and special-skills make them a valuable asset to any party. This is a Dragon’s Crown class that should be reserved for those who don’t like the easy way out of a fight.
