The weakening remnants of an overnight convective complex will move east-southeast across central Ohio and into western Pennsylvania this morning. This will provide much of western New York with some cloudiness this morning. A few light rain showers are possible along the far southern tier of western New York, but the Buffalo area should remain dry.
Clouds will clear out later this morning allowing temperatures to quickly rise. We will have partly sunny skies for the afternoon hours with highs in Buffalo topping out in the mid 80s.
Tonight will be partly cloudy and mild with overnight lows in the mid 60s. Isolated to widely scattered showers and storms are possible as a weak disturbance crosses the area. The highest threat will be well south of the Buffalo area.
Lingering activity Sunday morning should diminish with partly sunny skies for the afternoon. It will be slightly cooler on Sunday with highs reaching the low 80s.
