Santa Rosa has been blessed of late with a number of beer-centric locations opening within the last couple months. One of those locations is the Heritage Public house on Cleveland Avenue. Run by the D’Argenzio family, this craft beer bar is different than most you might encounter.
The D’Argenzio’s have a committment to local wineries and education through their neighboring space, The Wineyard, and this philosophy carries over to Heritage Public House. Only beers from California breweries will be available and there will be a focus on small batch and educational events.
Starting tonight, Heritage Public House will hold Wednesdays with Brewed For Thought (full disclosure: Brewed for Thought is run by me, Mario Rubio, but is not associated with ovalpike.com) where the events will vary from Brewery Pint Nights to educational evening focusing on specific styles to Meet the Brewer nights.
In addition to Wednesday nights, Heritage Public House also has stand-up comedy and live music on special nights to entertain you while you enjoy beer from their 8 draft handles.
