In “The Cabin in the Woods” the stand-in for Pinhead from Cliver Barker’s “Hellraiser” series is Fornicus, Lord of Bondage and Pain. The title pretty sums up Fornicus, who does very little in the film besides stare intently at future victims while clutching his puzzle box. He doesn’t need to. It’s clear from the jagged blades sticking out of his head that Fornicus can bring the hurt when he wants to.

Regeneration (Ex): Fornicus takes normal damage from fire, acid, and blessed weapons. If Fornicus loses a piece of its body regrows it in 2d6x10 minutes. Holding the severed member against the stump enables it to reattach instantly.
Improved Grab (Ex): To use this ability, Fornicus must hit an opponent smaller than himself with his saw blade attack. If he gets a hold, he attempts to grind his foe against his spinning blades as a free action (see below).
Blade Grind (Ex): If Fornicus successfully grapples a creature smaller than itself, he grinds the creature with its spinning blades for 4d8 points of slashing damage each round the grapple is maintained (including the round in which the grapple is first achieved).
Saw Blade Defense (Su): Any creature striking Fornicus with handheld weapons or natural weapons takes 1d8+6 points of piercing and slashing damage from the his blades. Note that weapons with exceptional reach, such as longspears, do not endanger their users in this way.
