Head for the Triple M Riding Rescue Ranch in Loudonville, Ohio where you can have a fun, family-friendly experience and at the same time help a lot of horses that have been rescued from slaughter. Loudonville is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from Cleveland.
Triple M Riding Rescue Ranch Located on 200 picturesque acres in Ashland County (just a few miles from Mohican State Park), this family-owned ranch is a non-profit organization with all proceeds going to adopting more animals and caring for these horses which the family has rescued.
The family attends auctions where they purchase unwanted horses that have been scheduled to have their lives terminated and allows the animals to live out their remaining years in a loving and caring environment.
Triple M Riding Rescue Ranch offers trail rides for both beginning riders and experienced riders. Short riding lessons are given before each trail ride to insure that guests are comfortable with their horses. All participating horses are rescue horses.
Cost of the trail rides is $25 per person for a one hour ride and $40 for a 90 minute ride. Longer rides are available at the guest’s request with advance arrangements. Advance reservations are recommended. All money made from the trail rides is used for the horses.
Triple M Ranch also offers ponies (also all rescue animals) for birthday parties and special events.
